Over the course of the last two years, PDS has been dedicated to an extensive renovation project encompassing Durham Manufacturing’s entire campus, exceeding 100,000 square feet. This comprehensive endeavor has seen the creation of state-of-the-art hazmat rooms and production facilities, meticulous masonry repairs and new masonry walls, the installation of new overhead doors, a complete interior makeover for all offices and cafeteria, the addition of cutting-edge rooftop units, selective demolition, roof expansions, and a myriad of other transformative improvements.
