We are thrilled to be working on the renovation of a two-story, 20,000 square foot building, transforming it into a state-of-the-art self-storage facility. This project entails selective demolition to create space, alongside meticulous work on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. We’re also installing an elevator to ensure easy access to both floors and creating over 300 storage units within the building.
