This job is a multi-phased occupied renovation consisting of hazardous materials abatement and demolition work and the renovation work, including building site, building envelope, interiors, programmatic changes, ADA accessibility issues, structural systems, food service, library/media center, nursing/health services, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Project will be completed in 2024.
